Central Studios
Central Studios is a one stop shop for building digital assets but after 10 years in Shanghai, people in the industry were not aware of all the services the company provided. To solve this problem, we created and implemented a marketing strategy plan focused on creating a succinct brand story, building brand awareness and increasing traffic to the company’s five distinct services.

As a way of better serving clients and improving the event experiences, we designed a framework that integrated the online and offline customer experience from design research, prototyping, planning and project managing the integration of a third party sCRM and internal ERP systems.
This custom system included a consolidation of customer service lines for seamless booking across four departments, on-site health registration QR code system, events management, automated BD lead tagging and follow up, and central database of contacts.
